As a Business Development Executive , you’ll play a key role in supporting business growth through relationship-building, customer service, and proactive sales activity within the London market. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, development, and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities:
This is a varied role focused on customer engagement and new business development.
Providing outstanding customer service while identifying new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Initiating and maintaining outbound customer contact
Developing a thorough understanding of products and services
Accurately maintaining records using CRM systems
Working towards weekly and monthly targets focused on engagement and satisfaction

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Proven sales experience within the interior fit-out or property markets
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Confident, professional, and able to build rapport quickly
Well organised with strong time management skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365
Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to deliver results
