Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, London-based interior fit-out specialist, to recruit a Business Development Executive for their growing team in London . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, local business delivering high-quality solutions across the interior fit-out and property markets.

As a Business Development Executive , you’ll play a key role in supporting business growth through relationship-building, customer service, and proactive sales activity within the London market. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, development, and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a varied role focused on customer engagement and new business development.

  • Providing outstanding customer service while identifying new business opportunities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Initiating and maintaining outbound customer contact

  • Developing a thorough understanding of products and services

  • Accurately maintaining records using CRM systems

  • Working towards weekly and monthly targets focused on engagement and satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, professional environment.

  • Proven sales experience within the interior fit-out or property markets

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Confident, professional, and able to build rapport quickly

  • Well organised with strong time management skills

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to deliver results
