Learning Business Partner
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Learning Business Partner, you will drive sales enablement strategy within our customer-facing organization. This role partners closely with sales leadership. You will work with them to identify capability gaps and deliver enablement programs designed to measurably improve seller readiness, productivity, and revenue impact.
You will collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver scalable onboarding, training, and certification programs, using data and field feedback to continuously optimize effectiveness.
Aligning sales enablement programs with revenue goals, go-to-market strategy, and business priorities
Partnering with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and to improve seller readiness and performance
Develop individual development plans for employees and create capability strategies that align with organizational needs. Define the roadmap and the portfolio of learning.
Defining and tracking enablement KPIs such as time-to-productivity, certification completion, adoption, win rates, and performance lift
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years of experience in sales enablement or adult learning supporting customer-facing teams, ideally in SaaS
Able to build sales enablement programs from the ground up, measuring impact
Demonstrates strong understanding of modern sales motions, enablement best practices, and seller workflows
Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $140,000 - $165,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
