Site Team:
The site team is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security, and safety of the school premises. The caretaker works closely with the site manager to ensure the school environment is well maintained and fully operational.
Requirements
• Previous experience in caretaking, maintenance, or facilities work
• Practical DIY and maintenance skills
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding
