Office & Global Engagement Manager - Global Tech Firm
We’re looking for an energetic and personable Office & Global Engagement Manager to join a fast-growing technology business operating in the legal sector. This is a varied, people-focussed role that blends office operations with employee engagement, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Office Manager ready to broaden their impact. As the Office Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, health & safety, supplier management and budgets. The Office Manager will also coordinate travel arrangements and support the delivery of internal events, playing a key role in maintaining a well-organised and welcoming workplace.
This role would suit a proactive Office Manager who enjoys being at the heart of the business and thrives in a collaborative environment. Alongside operational responsibilities, the Office Manager will help drive employee engagement through internal events, CSR and DE&I initiatives, supporting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. We’re looking for someone upbeat, organised and driven with great energy who enjoys bringing people together and taking ownership. The company offers a fantastic culture, excellent benefits and 1-day WFH. City based, 9am – 5.30pm.
