• SENCO to join a welcoming Ealing primary - pre-term planning and induction begin January 2026.
• SENCO will be supported with bespoke CPD and a strong inclusion team from January 2026.
School snapshot
• Friendly Ealing school with strong pastoral systems and an experienced SEND team to support the SENCO.
• Excellent resources, nurture spaces and a robust CPD programme the SENCO can access from January 2026.
• High community engagement and multi-agency links - a great setting for a SENCO to develop provision.
SENCO Responsibilities
The appointed SENCO will: lead day-to-day SEND coordination as the SENCO; develop, monitor and evaluate individual education plans as the SENCO; liaise with parents, external agencies and staff as the SENCO; train colleagues and support quality first teaching as the SENCO. The SENCO will also compile and present SEND data to governors and senior leaders, ensure statutory compliance and drive whole-school inclusion priorities from January 2026.
SENCO Requirements
We are seeking a SENCO with the nationally recognised SENCO award (or equivalent), proven experience coordinating SEND in primary settings and strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice. The SENCO must be available for pre-term planning before January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to lead the provision from January 2026. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for the SENCO.
Why apply? This Full-Time SENCO role starting January 2026 offers a genuine leadership pathway, tailored coaching and the opportunity to shape inclusive practice across the school. If you are a motivated SENCO ready to make a difference from January 2026, we’d like to hear from you.
