SEN TA - Bexley
Are you an experienced and empathetic SEN TA seeking a fulfilling role from January 2026? A friendly and inclusive primary school in Bexley is looking for a SEN TA to support pupils with a range of additional learning and emotional needs.
This SEN TA position in Bexley will begin January 2026, with a comprehensive induction and handover prior to January 2026. The SEN TA will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis, supporting academic learning, emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.
Responsibilities
Provide consistent, structured support to pupils with SEND.
Implement support strategies and personalised learning approaches.
Assist with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation.
Support pupils during transitions and unstructured times.
Work closely with teaching staff and SEN leadership in Bexley.
Person specification
Experience supporting SEND pupils in a school or similar setting.
Patient, nurturing and resilient approach to learning support.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ready to commence January 2026 following induction before January 2026.
