Our store is based in Orpington, a welcoming and well-connected town in South East London with a thriving local community and a busy high street that attracts families, commuters, and shoppers from the surrounding areas. As an established retail destination, our Orpington store provides a friendly and supportive workplace where teamwork and customer service are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, cultivating a performance-driven culture. Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively. Maximise Profitability: Implement effective sales strategies and promotions to enhance store performance. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure an excellent shopping experience for all customers. Team Development: Manage, coach, and motivate your team, providing training and development opportunities to support career progression.
