Wayman Education is recruiting an Administrator for a primary school in Brent. The Administrator will manage reception and parent enquiries, support admissions and pupil record management, assist with event administration and provide clerical support to senior leaders. The Administrator will start January 2026, with induction and handover scheduled prior to January 2026 to ensure continuity for Brent families and staff.

Main duties
- Run the school reception, handle telephone and email enquiries and welcome visitors professionally.
- Maintain and update records on the MIS, support admissions and manage pupil information in Brent.
- Assist with trip/event administration, produce routine letters and communications and help prepare documents for meetings.
- Provide clerical support to senior leaders, including basic finance admin and minute-taking when required.
- Support the office team to ensure smooth daily operations and strong communication with families across Brent.
Person specification
- Prior admin experience, good ICT skills and accuracy in data-entry; experience with MIS is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.
- Friendly, discreet and reliable with a strong customer-service approach to supporting Brent families and staff.
- Able to commence January 2026 and attend induction and handover sessions before January 2026.
