Assistant Accountant
A small, well established and massively successful firm of auditors and accountants are looking to hire an Assistant Accountant who is really keen to further their audit career.
The role offers a blend of audit and accounts work, with some assistance in tax during the busy period, and lots of exposure to technical work.
This is a great role for someone looking to gain and further their technical audit experience - not just in the day to day audit field work, but also in real life scenarios and provide clients with technical support where necessary.
This role offers a lot of what you would expect from a general practice type position:
- Audit work for a range of clients
- Accounts production
- Accounts review
- Tax compliance
- Client support
On top of that, it also offers an array of higher level technical exposure.
One of the partners also works as a lecturer within the profession and this is an area that can offer a lot of opportunity. It is not an essential part of the role by any means, but it could be some really interesting possibilities are available here.
The team are very happy and enjoy a wide range of work in a relaxed and friendly environment. Their office dog is less productive in terms of the technical work, but does make a welcome addition to the team!
