Senior Payroll Administrator

IMMEDIATE START FOR PAYROLL ADMIN ROLE IN BRISTOL

Your new company
£35,000 - £40,000 FTE equivalent Full time 37.5 hours On site initially, hybrid considered after 6 months

You'll be joining a well established organisation with a strong people focused culture and excellent benefits. The business is continuing to grow, offering stability, development and the opportunity to make a real impact within the payroll function. On-site full time to begin with, and potential to extend and introduce hybrid working.
Your new role
  • Managing day to day payroll administration
  • Preparing and consolidating payroll data for an outsourced provider
  • Maintaining and improving the Time & Attendance system
  • Completing checks on starters, leavers, and contractual changes
  • Producing payroll reports and dashboards
  • Supporting statutory tasks such as P11Ds and gender pay gap reporting
  • Assisting the People team with wider projects where required
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience within an in house payroll environment
  • Strong understanding of payroll software and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
  • CIPP Level 3 (or equivalent) desirable
  • A good standard of education, including Maths and English
