Teacher of PE - Leading Independent School - April

Are you a passionate Girls' PE Teacher with a commitment to academic excellence? We are recruiting for a leading Independent school in Enfield for a full-time, permanent role starting in April 2026. In this role, you will help students gain a depth of understanding as to the "reason why" of physical disciplines, helping them develop the length, breadth, and depth of skill required to tackle any hurdle.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging PE lessons that promote a positive self-image and academic achievement

• Provide time and space for pupils to reflect on their learning and evaluate their progress

• Maintain high standards and high expectations within a traditionally academic setting

• Support students in becoming Global Citizens who understand their roles and responsibilities

• Collaborate with a department of specialist teachers to drive student success

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality PE instruction

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills to support the school's academic core

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154 (Outer London)
