Teacher of PE - Leading Independent School - April
Are you a passionate Girls' PE Teacher with a commitment to academic excellence? We are recruiting for a leading Independent school in Enfield for a full-time, permanent role starting in April 2026. In this role, you will help students gain a depth of understanding as to the "reason why" of physical disciplines, helping them develop the length, breadth, and depth of skill required to tackle any hurdle.

Responsibilities
Teach engaging PE lessons that promote a positive self-image and academic achievement
Provide time and space for pupils to reflect on their learning and evaluate their progress
Maintain high standards and high expectations within a traditionally academic setting
Support students in becoming Global Citizens who understand their roles and responsibilities
Collaborate with a department of specialist teachers to drive student success
Qualifications and Experience
Proven track record of delivering high-quality PE instruction
Strong literacy and numeracy skills to support the school's academic core
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154 (Outer London)
Full-time, permanent contract with a focus on life-long learning
