Location: Victoria & Chelsea, London Employment Type : Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
About The Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, creatively driven Social Media & Content Manager to shape and elevate Annoushka’s presence across both our social and digital channels. This is a role for someone who understands that luxury storytelling lives in the detail, and who knows how to translate craftsmanship, heritage and personality into compelling still and motion content.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Founder to translate the brand strategy into social-first narratives that strengthen brand equity and deepen community connection. Creating content that resonates, not just performs, you are confident both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
From setting the social calendar, through to creating, editing and posting content, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the very heart of our marketing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Social Media Strategy & Management
Lead the development and delivery of Annoushka’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with wider brand and commercial objectives.
Own the social calendar from idea through to final post, bringing to life messaging themes, key campaigns, product priorities and cultural moments.
Manage daily channel operations including scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
Align with the Product, Marketing, Retail and PR teams to create a unified strategy across the business and support our core brand goals.
Set clear KPIs and measure performance across reach, engagement, community growth and conversion, using insights to continuously optimize activity.
Communicate the value and success of the channel/s to the leadership team and wider business.
Stay up to date with social trends, formats and platform best practices, proactively bringing new ideas and inspiration to the marketing team.
Content Creation and production:
Help to develop the visual direction and content concepts for new product and collection launches, supporting execution across our wider digital and in-store communications.
Ideate and create engaging social-first content for Annoushka’s channels. Capturing your own native content in studio, in boutiques, at events and behind-the-scenes, as well as creating assets using tools such as Canva.
Establish content pillars and franchises that build long-term brand consistency and audience loyalty.
Drive the production for all content requirements and photoshoots, including sourcing a mix of suppliers and organising pre- and post-production timelines.
Coordinate briefs into key stakeholders, ensuring final outputs are delivered to a high standard.
Ensure the creation of high-quality assets that are optimised for each channel.
Edit content for high quality, platform-appropriate output.
Write and adapt captions and short-form copy with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice, platform nuances and audience engagement.
Wider creative & social projects:
Support with wider creative projects including the launch of our podcast series and Annoushka Ducas’s personal social media.
Help the ideation and management of content partnerships with like-minded brands, influencers and media profiles.
Bring new ideas and inspiration to the table proactively for messaging, photography and content ideas.
Partner with our Founder and Creative Director on the visual and written direction for the Annoushka brand across all our channels.
What We’re Looking For:

4+ years’ experience in social media, content or brand marketing (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of social content and platform requirements.
Some knowledge of pre- and post-production processes, including edit, retouch and grade.
Confidence working across timelines, stakeholders and approval processes.
A strong creative eye with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
Comfortable with shooting on a camera and on a phone.
Confidence in creating and capturing social content and working with visual assets.
Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, clarity and brand consistency.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Creative, energetic and visually aware, with a passion for luxury brand storytelling.
Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with a positive can-do attitude.
A self-starter, ready to get stuck in with a close-knit brand team.
