Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and working alongside your team, setting the standard every day
Coaching, recognising, and developing your people to reach their full potential
Building a strong internal talent pipeline for future success
Creating a happy, inclusive, and high-performing store culture
Taking full ownership of store performance, sales, and cost control
Delivering consistently excellent customer service
Maintaining strong commercial awareness of competitors
Ensuring high standards across store operations, health & safety, security, and administration

About the organisation
People are at the heart of this business. When customers visit a store, their journey begins with the team on site, which is why integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are so highly valued.
You’ll be joining a close-knit organisation that has grown steadily while maintaining a strong family feel. Teams are small, supportive, and collaborative, allowing colleagues to build trust, strong relationships, and celebrate success together. The role itself is varied and fast-paced — ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and no two days being the same.
