Job Description

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dependable English Teachers to register for daily supply work across Sutton .

The Opportunity
We are looking to register experienced and enthusiastic English Teachers for daily supply opportunities across Sutton .
This is not a permanent or full-time position . Instead, teachers will be offered day-to-day supply assignments based on their availability, experience, preferred locations and the requirements of local schools.
Assignments may involve covering individual lessons, full teaching days or short blocks of supply. This allows you to remain flexible while continuing to make a genuine difference to students' learning.
The Role
As a Daily Supply English Teacher, you will deliver engaging English lessons across the relevant Key Stages and maintain a calm, purposeful classroom environment.
Lesson Delivery: Deliver well-structured English lessons covering language, literature and relevant curriculum content.
Classroom Management: Establish clear expectations and create a positive learning environment where students can remain focused and engaged.
Student Progress: Support students in developing their reading, writing, analytical and communication skills.
Assessment & Feedback: Provide appropriate feedback and support students in making progress where required.
Professional Responsibilities: Follow school procedures, communicate effectively with colleagues and ensure a high standard of professionalism throughout each assignment.

What We Are Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent where applicable.

The ability to quickly establish positive relationships with students.
Reliability and professionalism.
A valid legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
