Sutton’s Court and Adoption Team provides a specialist service to Children within care proceedings, working closely with Courts to secure their safety and wellbeing through the means of permanency.
I am looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage a dedicated court team (3-4 Senior Social Workers). The Manager must have court experience and a good knowledge of managing cases within care proceedings.
This service mainly works from home however you will needs to attend the office at attend monthly team meetings and any other face to face meeting. You will be part of an experience management team and you will receive direct support from the Service manager.
You will need to have a proven record of team management and demonstrate a good knowledge of the court system and legislation. You will need to demonstrate an ability to ensure that Court reports are of a high standard and have a good knowledge of care planning.
