Customer Service and Sales Advisor- Customer Engagement
Location: Southall- Fully Office Based
£27,000 Salary with a bonus of £6000 paid annually
Monday- Friday day shifts with occasional Sunday working
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to their clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Own your defined geographical area of clients
- Call customers as per daily call plan - Outbound Calls.
- Take inbound calls and action as required.
- Work with all customers to support them on the customer journey.
- Check customer details are logged correctly; contact number, contact name, email address, address, postcode, times open for deliveries.
- Action order amends and add-ons for your customers
- Gain new listings
- Work with sales team to generate leads for your territory
- Work through lapsed account list to reactivate customers working with your field-based colleagues and adding to your call plan.
- Ensure your territory customers are aware of promotions
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult or irate customers.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to assist clients and resolve issues efficiently. This position offers an engaging environment where your interpersonal skills can flourish while contributing positively to our client’s reputation for outstanding customer care.
