EA to 2 C Suite Execs - Leading Professional Services Firm - Maternity Cover
We are seeking an experienced and professional Business EA to support 2 C Suite Executives of a well respected insurance firm in the City, covering a Maternity Leave.
Typical duties will include;
Diary and inbox management, travel arrangement, internal and external meeting scheduling, board meeting coordination, offsite and team event organisation, stakeholder liaison, gatekeeping, and acting as a first point of contact and sounding board for the Executives.
The role would suit someone from a financial services, professional services or tech background with excellent emotional intelligence and discretion.
