SENIOR PAID SOCIAL EXECUTIVE

ROLE SNAPSHOT

As a Senior Paid Social Executive , you’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day delivery of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit. You’ll be hands-on with campaign execution—implementing, optimising, and analysing performance to make sure results shine. Working across a diverse portfolio of clients in fashion, travel, hospitality, and tech, you’ll get exposure to a wide range of goals, strategies, and creative challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Campaign Delivery – Activate, optimise, and report on campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Performance Optimisation – Monitor budgets, bids, targeting, and ad formats to maximise efficiency and impact.

• Creative Collaboration – Write briefs for creative development, contribute ad copy, and support A/B testing strategies.

• Insight & Analysis – Analyse data to uncover opportunities, inform decisions, and contribute to regular reporting.

• Client Partnership – Support day-to-day communication with clients and Account Managers by providing performance insights.

• Workflow Management – Plan and prioritise tasks, manage timelines effectively, and flag blockers early.

• Industry Awareness – Stay on top of platform updates and industry trends, sharing insights with the team.

• AI Integration – Explore and apply AI responsibly to create efficiencies, streamline processes, and unlock capacity for strategic thinking.

HOW DOES THE TEAM WORK?

You’ll collaborate closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to ensure seamless campaign delivery. While you’ll own your responsibilities end-to-end, you’ll never be working in isolation—knowledge-sharing, problem-solving, and celebrating wins are all part of daily life in Paid Social.

WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS?

Our interview process is designed to be straightforward and supportive:

1. Initial Chat – A short call with our Talent Team to learn more about you and answer your questions about Found. (10-15mins)

2. First Stage Interview – A conversation with members of the Paid Social team to explore your skills, experience, and ways of working. (30-45mins)

3. Task/Case Study – An opportunity to showcase your approach to campaign execution and problem-solving. (1hr)
