Account Executive - 6 Month FTC

JOB PURPOSE
A fantastic opportunity to join our Department Store and Digital team. As an Account Executive you will assist and support the Senior Manager in selling and developing the Digital business for Women/Men/Non Apparel in the digital network within the EMEIA region. You will ensure all activities are brand enhancing and in line with Key Merchandising Strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Execution
- Manage relationship with key partners within the Digital network
- Sell seasonal collections in market appointments in Paris showroom, following Global Buy and Key Merchandising Strategy
- Manage market calendar / planning, input appointments and work with Showroom Team and Product team
- Chase customer orders to meet deadlines, input market seasonal orders, ensuring all orders meet the minimums, OTBs and selling guidelines
Operational Excellence
- Work with Senior Manager on strategic development of digital business, drive brand enhancing relationships
- Producing regular and ad-hoc product / account reports
- Creating detailed post market orderbook analysis
- Work closely with product team to exchange trade results and identify and unlock opportunities
- Prepare all market materials, including trade decks for partners, shipping updates, and appointment feedback sheets
- Prepare stock opportunities on a bi-monthly basis ; enter and process in-season orders
- Schedule and join product team for regular seasonal product trainings for key accounts
- Responsible for monitoring deliveries and communicating to partners, working closely with the Customer Operations Team
- Work closely with Marketing on key activations
PERSONAL PROFILE
- 2-3 years of wholesale experience in luxury fashion industry
- Proven track record of commercial acumen, building partnerships and achievement of sales targets
- Knowledge of Digital commerce preferred but not essential
- Drive for results and ability to work under pressure and independently
- Microsoft Office experienced (Excel in particular)
- Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
