FP&A Manager

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to support Nomia on its growth journey and build out our FP&A capabilities as we scale. This role requires both hands-on management and strategic foresight to ensure we capitalise on opportunities and proactively manage risks.
Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and providing a clear view of future performance
- Develop and maintain the company's core 3-statement financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and ability to support scenario planning for strategic decision-making
- Create financial models from scratch to support with revenue, headcount and overheads forecasting
Financial Analysis
- Analyse financial data, identify trends and provide insights to support strategic decision making
- Deliver insightful analysis of monthly financial results, working with the Finance Manager to investigate variances against budget and forecast, and communicating key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support with the build out of departmental reporting & analysis versus budget
- Support with the production and continued development of the monthly Exec Deck
- Support with reviewing business cases and other ad hoc analysis
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, enhance modelling capabilities, and implement best-practice FP&A processes that can scale with the business
Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience in an FP&A Manager role within a fast growing and ideally global business
- Advanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to build and manage complex 3-statement models and build models from scratch in Excel
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex, fast-moving environments
- A proactive, self-starter attitude, comfortable with ambiguity and building processes in a scale-up environment
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working with evolving priorities
