What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and execute high-profile M&A transactions, particularly in the technology and life sciences sectors
  • Manage cross-border workstreams with autonomy, including due diligence and disclosure
  • Act as lead associate on complex deals, including principal documentation
  • Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years PQE (UK qualified) with a strong academic background
  • Solid experience advising on English law M&A and/or private equity deals
  • Confidence running workstreams with minimal supervision
  • Commercial mindset with excellent communication and project management skills
