Reward Specialist - FTC

We’re looking for a Reward Compensation Lead to join our Reward team at a leading insurance firm. This is a great role if you enjoy data, pay strategy, and helping shape fair and competitive compensation programs.In this role, you’ll manage the annual pay review, analyse market data, evaluate roles, maintain benchmarks, and support the design and delivery of compensation programs. You’ll provide expert reward advice to managers and HR colleagues, support reporting and analytics, and collaborate with the wider Reward team on payroll, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives.
We’re after someone with experience in reward or compensation, strong analytical skills, and the confidence to influence stakeholders. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing projects from start to finish.
