As a Lifeguard at our gym, you’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you’re able to provide ongoing training records. You have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Like us, you’re passionate about great customer care – and you’re a real team player.As a Lifeguard, you will:
Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
Be attentive and alert at all times
Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
Welcome and support members when using the facilities
Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
