Join Rocco Forte Hotels as an Events Floor Manager , where you will lead the operational delivery of meetings, events, and banqueting services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the highest luxury hospitality standards.
As a valued member of the Forte family, you will:
Oversee the smooth execution of meetings, events, and functions from set-up to service.
Lead, motivate, and develop the Events Operations team to deliver outstanding service.
Liaise with event organisers and internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
Ensure all events are delivered in line with company standards, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
Monitor service quality, staff presentation, and operational standards across all event spaces.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Support departmental administration, reporting, stock control, and financial procedures.
Contribute to team recruitment, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive repeat business through exceptional event delivery and guest satisfaction.
