A leading London law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team .


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential property solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a sophisticated, client-focused practice. The role offers exposure to a broad range of residential property matters, including high-value, complex and technically challenging transactions , alongside the opportunity to develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.


You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, acting for a diverse client base including HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and property investors .


Your work will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and refinancing
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement
• Complex title issues and restrictive covenants
• Property structuring matters
• High-value and time-sensitive transactions
• Advising clients on technically complex residential property matters

You will have significant responsibility for your own matters and client relationships, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice and ensuring a consistently high level of client service.


The role will also involve supervising and supporting junior fee earners and support staff , working collaboratively with colleagues across other specialist areas and developing strong relationships with external referrers, including estate agents, lenders and surveyors.


This is a role with genuine scope for someone who enjoys the client and business development side of residential property .
