Parts Manager

Role overview

As our Parts Manager you will oversee the parts department and be responsible sponsible for leading our Parts Department. You will provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a comprehensive technical understanding of everything parts related.

Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as the Parts Manager will be to:

• Maximise departmental profitability and achieving the departmental business plan
• Effectively managing and maintaining resources
• Minimising the risk of financial loss to the company
• Guide and develop the team in order to create a motivational working environment
• Encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance in colleagues.
• Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team

About You

As the Parts Manager you will ideally possess the following skills and qualities:

• Ability to demonstrate a successful track record within a managerial position in a Parts Department.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent customer handling skills
• The ability to work on your own initiative
