ABOUT RIXO

RIXO’s story began in the London living room of best friends Henrietta & Orlagh, born from their passion for vintage.

Always inclusive, always empowering, we create a fusion of original hand-painted prints and timeless silhouettes to flatter every woman, irrespective of age, season, size, nationality or time of day.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and commercially minded Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day trading and optimisation of our website. This role plays a key part in ensuring our ecommerce experience is continuously optimised, updated, accurate, and reflective of customer behaviour, trading priorities, and wider business objectives.

You will be responsible for maintaining the onsite customer journey, executing trading updates, supporting market‑specific optimisation, and ensuring all content, search, and merchandising elements are performing effectively. Working closely with the Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager, you will help deliver the digital roadmap, manage onsite testing and CRO initiatives, and ensure technical issues are identified and resolved quickly.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is motivated by delivering a seamless, high‑performing digital experience across multiple markets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key point person for implementing onsite trade changes, ensuring updates reflect customer behaviour, trading priorities, and commercial opportunities.

  • Conduct regular site walks to ensure all pages are reviewed, issues flagged and fixed, and actions are completed promptly.

  • Own and manage market localisation, ensuring key sites are planned, traded, and optimised, with a strong focus on enhancing the US customer experience and other key markets.

  • Pull data, analyse and provide actionable insight and summaries for weekly trade meetings, post‑launch performance analysis, AB testing outcomes, monthly performance reports, and ad hoc analysis requests. Share key findings with senior stakeholders to support visibility, alignment, and informed decision making.

  • Support the Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager in setting and executing the digital roadmap in partnership with the digital development agency.

  • Management of onsite bugs, including logging of all bugs, track and test; collaborating with the development agency to ensure timely resolution.

  • Build and maintain a clear CRO A/B Testing Roadmap, ensuring all tests are planned, prioritised, and approved. Own the go‑live of tests through our CRO platform and development agency, report on performance outcomes, and manage the rollout of new site functionality.

  • Develop and manage the onsite search and merchandising tool, ensuring search is continuously optimised and VM strategy is reflective of key trading initiatives.

  • Partner closely with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Merchandising, CRM, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of onsite changes and digital initiatives.

  • Own the relationship with the SEO agency, ensuring recommendations are actioned, performance changes are monitored, and insights are reported to key stakeholders.

  • Own the planning and launch of promotional periods and trade levers, ensuring onsite messaging is aligned with marketing sends and supports commercial objectives.

  • Oversee and support the E‑Commerce Assistant in tasks such as the product launch process. Ensure a smooth digital journey from planning to launch while owning the briefing of site content to align with wider marketing activity. Support with training and mentoring of this role.

ABOUT YOU

  • Commercially driven, with experience in driving ecommerce trade performance.

  • Strong technical ability to support with 3rd party platforms.

  • Resilient, adaptable and confident working in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
