Need help cutting firewood into logs for winter heating
I'm looking for someone to cut and split a stack of hardwood I already have into manageable firewood logs. The pile is roughly a cubic meter and consists of mixed hardwood. I’d like clean cuts, with pieces sized for standard UK log baskets (roughly 25-30 cm). Please bring appropriate tools (saw, wedge, axe) if you have them; otherwise we can discuss rented equipment. Safety is important, and I’d appreciate someone punctual, tidy, and respectful of my yard. Weather permitting, we'd do this outdoors with PPE on. If possible, I’d like this done in a single session and prefer a weekday morning.
