The Artist Prize
The Artist Prize is the first UK art prize of this scale built on open submissions, national curatorial judging, and full transparency - no nominations required. Open to any artist in the UK, working in any medium. Entry fees start from £10.
Submit your work to win £30,000 cash and a solo show at Firstsite in 2028. 20 shortlisted artists will be exhibited together at Firstsite in February-May 2027. The Artist Prize is presented by Firstsite and Zealous.
Entries close on July 8th, midday (BST).
