As our Enablement Lead you’ll design and scale the programs certifications and delivery kits that help our Professional Services teams and partners onboard customers confidently and consistently.
This role sits at the centre of how we scale. You’ll translate expert knowledge into practical learning journeys and repeatable assets that support high touch low touch and tech touch delivery models. Your work will directly impact time to value delivery quality partner readiness and long term customer success.

On a typical day, you will
Design and evolve enablement programs and certifications for Services teams and partners across different delivery tiers
Build clear delivery kits playbooks and templates that support repeatable high quality onboarding
Partner with Services Partner and Customer Success teams to align enablement to real delivery needs
Track readiness and certification status and use data to improve effectiveness over time
Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to scale learning and simplify delivery enablement
What We’re Looking For
Experience designing enablement or learning programs in a SaaS services or partner environment
Strong ability to turn expert input into clear structured learning journeys and practical assets
Experience building or running certification frameworks and readiness models
Comfortable using data to assess effectiveness and continuously improve programs
Tech savvy with curiosity around digital learning tools automation and AI
