- Oversee the local network coverage team and manage client relationships.
- Coordinate with global and regional account managers, product specialists, and sector teams to define client strategies.
- Drive origination across all wholesale banking products and ensure commercial performance.
- Accountable for revenue, cost management, and risk-return metrics for the local network coverage portfolio.
- Implement global and regional strategies at the local level.
- Actively participate in management teams and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Share knowledge and best practices across regions.
- Lead recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
- Promote diversity, continuous learning, and a customer-centric culture.
