Auction Trainee administrator/ data entry operator
We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Administrator/Data Entry Operator (Auctions) to support our fantastic Property Auction Department in Hammersmith, West London . As our Trainee Administrator (Auctions) you will take ownership of office administration /data accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Trainee Administrator (Auctions) to include:
- Redacting and uploading legal documents
- Filing/scanning
- Sending post
- Administrative support to office compliance team/office managers
- Taking calls and message taking
- Typing and data entry
Skills and experience required to be our Administrator (Auctions)
- Hard working school leaver welcome
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
