Role Responsibilities
• Deliver tailored interventions for students with EHCPs and additional learning needs.
• Teach small groups and 1:1 sessions focused on literacy, numeracy, and social communication.
• Work closely with the SENCO to implement support plans and track student progress.
• Liaise with parents, external agencies, and class teachers to ensure consistent support.
Requirements
• Experience supporting students with SEND (teaching qualification desirable but not essential).
• Strong understanding of EHCP processes and differentiated learning strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, patient approach.
