Paralegal
The Role:
Are you an organised and proactive individual with experience in legal or family law looking to join a supportive legal team? Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Paralegal or Law Graduate to join their busy London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in family law to develop their career while working on a diverse range of cases.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors with all aspects of family law matters
- Prepare, organise and archive legal files and supporting documentation.
- Handle telephone calls, emails and enquiries professionally.
- Prepare client bills and manage account ledgers.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
- Managing case files and maintaining accurate client records.
- Conducting legal research and preparing reports to support the team.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and external parties professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Paralegal or legal assistant experience within a law firm setting is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
