Team Assistant
Heatherwick Studio is seeking a Team Assistant to play a vital role in supporting the project teams behind some of the world's most ambitious and innovative projects.
Based in our London studio, you'll work closely with project teams and studio colleagues to keep projects organised, connected and running smoothly. From coordinating meetings and travel to managing project information, supporting team activities and helping maintain efficient processes, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day studio life.
We're looking for someone with previous administrative, coordination or team support experience who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-paced environment. You'll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Experience working within a creative, design-led or project-based environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
If you're passionate about organisation, enjoy supporting others and want to be part of a studio dedicated to making the physical world better for everyone, we'd love to hear from you.
Closing Date: Sunday 5th July (at midnight).
