• A competitive base salary of £40,000 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance) and a realistic OTE of £60,000 , with top performers earning significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
• Start and finish your day from your driveway, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week and optional overtime available.

Your Responsibilities

As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you will:

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Provide quick, confident solutions for issues such as flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Offer reassurance and outstanding service to our members when they need it most.

What You’ll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.

Working Conditions

You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside. We’ll set you up for success from day one with:
