We have an opportunity for a Chef de Partie at a vibrant London restaurant within a reputable group. Specialising in seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is prepared in-house, including fresh pasta.
Package:
- £13 – £14 per hour + service charge
- 48 hours a week with a mixture of shifts
- Total Package £40k – £42k+

You would be part of a kitchen team of 10 chefs, serving up to 150 covers from a new open-plan kitchen. As Chef De Partie, you’ll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section and helping to ensure exceptional standards and reputation.
Desired skills and attributes:
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a busy restaurant
- A passion for and high-quality dishes
- A passion for Mediterranean/Italian cuisine (fresh pasta)
- Reliable and organised to be able to maintain high standards throughout service
- Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
- Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week
