In our NIKE Retail Stores we use special job names for our positions: a Store Manager is called "Head Coach", an Assistant Store Manager is called "Assistant Head Coach", a department manager is called "Coach", a team leader is called “Lead“ and a Sales Associates is called "Athlete".

As an Operations Head Coach you are:
- Building, leading, and developing a high performing, diverse team whilst ensuring an excellent work atmosphere
- Managing labour budgets and store operations to reach sales targets and optimize services, including ship from store and BOPIS.
- Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle in store (receiving, stock accuracy, stock levels, replenishment, order fulfillment and RTV)
- Responsible for improving productivity and process efficiency to ensure the best consumer experience
- Supporting and implementing NIKE’s strategy in your store (e.g. sustainability, membership, digital services)
- Leverages expertise and applies conceptual thinking to understand and solve complex issues and implications, taking into consideration multiple perspectives, business strategies and future implications.
- Ability to be guided by resource availability and functional objectives. Deals with new information and can convey complex information in a detailed manner to internal partners and external customers.
- Proficient in LP process and cash handling
- Ensuring that the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines
- Cooperating with your business partners across stores and HQ

What you bring :
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport
- Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
- Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team
- Strong focus on communication
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
