We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate to join the team as an EU Sales Lead and help us on that journey. Reporting to our Head of Sales you will be responsible for leading our EU Retail strategy and the charge on our European expansion 💥

About the role
Joining as ou r EU Sales Lead you’ll be responsible for our International Retail Growth. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:
Shaping and leading our EU Retail strategy and taking full ownership for delivering our ambitious European expansion plans.
Taking the lead on our relationships with our distribution partners and our key existing retail partners.
Accountable for forecasts and P&L for all EU accounts, leading on our commercial negotiations and for achieving ambitious growth targets.
Responsible for the development and leadership of our EU team as we grow and scale different regions.
Identify trends in the wider market through competitor analysis that can translate into commercial opportunities. You should know who is who, what other brands are trying and what is working.
Reporting and analysis of retailer, category and market data available and deep understanding of retailer strategic priorities and opportunities to help shape our commercial strategy
Represent the company at relevant external trade events and meetings
Collaborate with marketing and operations to build winning retail pla ns
About you
Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:
Circa 5+ Years experience in a sales role within an FMCG company with a proven track record of building winning relationships with retailers and driving growth.
Advanced proficiency in German and/or French and experience working in European markets outside of the UK would be advantageous.
A keen interest in the sustainability and wellness spaces. We’re all about people, planet and pits!
Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail, you are able to prioritise and manage multiple work-streams under pressure so that nothing gets missed.
Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to bring people on the journey with you.
Analytical capability and commercial acumen
You should be a self starter. You're the sort of person that we can point in the right direction and you’re off!
And anyone who has these skills too would likely be a super fit for this role, but these are by no means essential:
Experience working in European markets outside of the UK would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of the Health & Beauty market and experience working in similar categories would be advantageous.
