Job Title: Senior M365 Security Consultant

Location: Remote ; Occasional travel

The Role:

As a Senior M365 Security Consultant, you’ll work across a wide variety of customer environments helping organisations improve their security posture through Microsoft 365 security and compliance technologies.

One week you might be designing a Zero Trust roadmap for a large enterprise. The next, leading a Purview deployment, delivering a Defender implementation, or helping a customer untangle years of technical debt across identity and endpoint management.

You’ll own engagements end-to-end from technical pre-sales through to delivery.

You’ll also play a key role internally: supporting sales conversations, shaping our services, and acting as a trusted Microsoft security specialist both for customers and within CyberOne itself.

You’ll also directly engage with Microsoft’s product group and gain earlier insights to their ever-changing technology through in-person workshops and NDA access to new features and tools.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Partner with customers to understand their security challenges, risks, and business priorities

• Assess Microsoft 365 environments and identify opportunities to improve security maturity

• Design and implement Microsoft security and compliance solutions aligned to Zero Trust principles and Microsoft best practices

• Lead hands-on deployments across Microsoft Defender, Purview, Entra ID, Intune, and the wider M365 security stack

• Deliver tenant migrations and greenfield Microsoft security implementations

• Help customers define security strategies, roadmaps, and governance approaches

• Work closely with stakeholders ranging from technical teams through to senior leadership

• Support pre-sales engagements, technical workshops, and Statements of Work

• Collaborate directly with Microsoft product and engineering teams as a technical representative for CyberOne

You’ll be a great fit if you bring experience with:

• Microsoft Purview

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• Microsoft Defender for Office 365

• Microsoft Defender for Identity

• Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps

• Microsoft Entra ID

• Microsoft Intune

Plus experience in:

• M365 tenant migrations and greenfield deployments

• Security assessments and hands-on remediation

• Consulting directly with customers in both technical and strategic engagements

• Explaining complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
