SEN Teacher | Inclusive School in Hounslow
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow . This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to provide specialist support to pupils with additional learning needs, helping them achieve their full potential within a nurturing and supportive environment.

SEN Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with additional needs.
· Monitor and assess progress, maintaining accurate records and reports for each child.
· Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and external agencies to develop personalised learning plans.
· Provide guidance and support to staff on inclusive teaching strategies.
· Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and support strategies.
· Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
SEN Teacher Requirements
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching pupils with SEND in a primary school setting.
· Strong knowledge of SEN frameworks, interventions, and assessment strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passionate about inclusion and committed to supporting every child’s development.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
