A Chef De Partie position is open at a prestigious, exclusive Mediterranean restaurant. As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards and upholding the club’s reputation.

The restaurant offers a refined menu featuring seasonal cuisine made with top-quality ingredients, all prepared in-house. You will be part of a kitchen team of 12, managing service for up to 120 covers.
Desired skills and attributes:
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a busy restaurant
- Reliable and organised to be able to maintain high standards throughout service
- Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
- Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week
