Job Title: Hospitality Supervisor - Fine Dining
Location: London
Pay Rate: £18.51 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced and confident Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious London site offering high-end hospitality and fine dining services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can support the daily delivery of exceptional service across fine dining, events, and meeting rooms, while leading and motivating a front-of-house team to consistently exceed client and guest expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and professional service delivery
- Oversee the setup and running of fine dining and hospitality events
- Maintain excellent guest experience standards and ensure attention to detail at every service point
- Support the coordination of daily hospitality orders including meetings, lunches, and private dining
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and service procedures
- Train and coach team members to maintain high service standards
- Work closely with the kitchen, event planning, and facilities teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or fine dining supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including silver service and fine dining etiquette
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Well-presented, professional, and calm under pressure
- Flexible, with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Competitive hourly rate of £18.51
- Monday to Friday working pattern (some flexibility required for events)
