Employment Legal Counsel, EMEA
Leading wealth manager looking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
In this role you will advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work globally.
Work will include employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal, investigations, litigation and ACAS. You will also advise on regulatory projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR and Modern Slavery Act.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE (4-6 PQE preferred) and experience advising Financial Services organisation (buy-side ideally). Some in-house experience is very welcome.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a highly successful wealth manager as part of a collegiate team.
