Contract: Permanent – 40 hours.
Hours: MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS

Main Responsibilities:
· Leadership: Inspire and supervise a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
· Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive shopping environment.
· Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and implement effective merchandising strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet business goals.
Requirements:
· Experience: Proven track record in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.
· Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective strategies.
· Flexibility: Openness to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
· Positive Attitude: A positive outlook and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Practical:
Working in conjunction with the Regional Manager to develop relationships with customers driving the following:
· Ensure strict compliance with "Challenge 25" and confidential data regulations.
· Organise and manage customer data efficiently and in line with data protection regulations, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
· Demonstrate perseverance and an adaptable mindset when faced with customer objections.
