OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE
We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.
As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.
THE TEAM
You will be a pivotal leader within our Global Compliance function, reporting directly to the Compliance Director. Our team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity across the group. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating our global strategy into effective local execution, ensuring consistency and excellence across our operations.
YOUR ROLE
As our Senior Manager, Compliance, you will be the strategic leader responsible for championing our Global Finance Policies and Procedures throughout your designated scope. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring compliant growth is at the heart of our business operations. Your role is critical in embedding a proactive compliance culture, designing impactful training, and providing robust oversight to safeguard our standards and reputation.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Serve as the primary strategic compliance partner for senior leadership, providing expert guidance and developing solutions for complex business challenges.
- Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive compliance training strategy to raise awareness and drive a unified culture of quality compliance.
- Spearhead compliance communications, ensuring global policies are clearly contextualized and effectively implemented across the business.
- Manage and conduct compliance audits and control testing, providing critical insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Lead investigations into significant compliance risks and violations, safeguarding the group's integrity and assets.
- Champion the rollout and adoption of new global systems and training tools, enhancing the consistency and efficiency of our compliance framework.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring a seasoned professional background in Compliance, Finance, or Auditing, with extensive experience ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Fluent in English, you are an influential communicator, adept at building trust and providing authoritative compliance counsel to senior business partners.
- You demonstrate a commanding sense of responsibility and integrity, with a proven ability to lead initiatives, navigate complexity, and drive decisions independently.
- Your advanced knowledge of USALI and strong data analytical skills allow you to provide deep, data-driven compliance insights tailored to the business.
- You are a strategic enabler, constantly seeking to strengthen our compliance framework, ensuring it supports both ethical standards and sustainable business growth.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice
