Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Linguistic Fluency: Instructing Spanish across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Cultural Literacy: Engaging students with the culture and traditions of Spanish-speaking countries through immersive lessons.
Induction Journey: Working through the school’s bespoke "New Teacher" workshops and structured coaching cycle.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Relevant Degree in Spanish.
Salary: Paid on the Teachers' Pay Scale with Inner London weighting.
Support: Small class sizes for GCSE groups and a dedicated MFL mentor to assist with curriculum planning.
