Customer Service Administrator - Life & Wealth

Responding to customer enquires in writing or by email Using computer systems to check and update records Handling all aspects of customer enquiries including providing customers with policy information, processing payments out, updating customer records accurately, etc Producing timelines and case investigation notes. Qualifications & Skills Attention to detail with ability to complete work to a high standard. Effective communication skills - both verbal and written.
