About the Role

As a Graduate Education Support Specialist , you’ll have the chance to work across a range of classroom support roles , including:

• Teaching Assistant
• Tutor
• Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
• Academic Mentor
• Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
• Laboratory/Technical Support
• Unqualified Teacher

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting students , helping with GCSE and A-Level preparation, classroom activities, and practical lessons. This role is designed for graduates who want to explore teaching careers, build confidence, and develop valuable skills before committing to teacher training.
