As our Assistant Bars Manager , you will receive:

• Salary: £32,800 per annum plus tronc - Up to £46,000 inclusive of tronc

As our Assistant Bars Manager, you:

• Will have experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation and will assist Bars Manager
• Will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team
• Will know mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
• Inspire others: you lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service.
• Will be used to manage a busy bar environment
• Will create and implement new designs for cocktails
• Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
• Have previous experience as an Assistant Bars Manager in a hotel's Bars
